What I really wanted in a dishwasher was one that could fit a custom panel, and this one does the job. I didn’t expect it to finish a cycle with the inside still wet, especially the plastic stuff. But the third rack has turned out to be a nice surprise since it helps spread things out for better cleaning. One downside is the middle rack’s handle takes up more space than I’d like. On the plus side, it’s awesome that I can fit my oven grates in there!

The controls are confusing, and I’m not sure if it’s a technical glitch or just tricky to figure out. Sometimes, we can’t even get it to select a cycle or start properly, which is pretty frustrating.

We replaced our Miele after it quit on us after just 5 years. This new one is quieter and does a way better job drying the dishes. Installing the custom panel front ourselves was a breeze. Overall, we’re really happy with it, but the Wi-Fi Home Connect feature still feels a bit unfinished and could use some improvements.

My new 300 model dishwasher is nearly as good as the 18-year-old one it replaced. One issue is that just closing the door can sometimes start the cycle, which is not ideal. The 4-second reset button feels a bit unnecessary. On the bright side, it cleans really well. The silverware tray is nice, but it’s easy for the utensils to get jumbled unless you close it gently—and that can be tricky with how heavy and fast the door closes if you’re not careful.

The dishwasher works great overall. The cycles take about an hour or more, but everything comes out really clean. The dishes on the bottom rack dry really well, while those on the top might still be a bit damp. As for utensils, they’re mostly dry and come out super shiny. I’ve been using Finish products like the quantum detergent pods and drying aid, and they seem to do the trick.

It’s so quiet, you can barely tell when it’s running! I do miss having a delay start button like my old one, though. Also, the rack design isn’t the most flexible when trying to load a mix of bowls and plates together.
