One standout feature is the wiring harness that came with it. Living in a rural area with frequent power surges, I was impressed we could connect it to a 110V GFI outlet with a surge protector, keeping it safe from electrical spikes. The third rack for silverware is also a game-changer. Sure, it takes a bit longer to load compared to the old basket style, but unloading is a breeze, and sorting silverware into the drawer is so much easier. Fantastic machine!

The app’s cool, but having to hit the remote button on the unit every time feels like it misses the point. We’ve had it for a few weeks now, and with just two of us, it doesn’t get much use yet. Also, jet dry is a must to make sure everything dries properly.

The bottom rack just slides around on the door without any real tracks. Then there’s the control panel—locked up on me, and when I called about it, they said, “Oh yeah, that happens sometimes. Just do this to fix it.” Seriously? It also holds way fewer dishes than my old GE, and the drying? Even with “extra dry,” only about half the dishes come out dry. If I hadn’t already paid for installation, I’d return it, but uninstalling and swapping it out isn’t in the budget. Three stars only because it *does* clean the dishes I manage to fit in.
