I’m really impressed with this dishwasher. It’s my second Bosch—my first one came with the house and lasted 18 years without a hitch! This new one has some awesome features, including smart controls from your phone. It’s super quiet and cleans and dries like a pro. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this dishwasher! It washes and dries dishes, glasses, flatware, and cookware flawlessly. The capacity and flexibility of the racks are the best I’ve ever used. The top controls and variety of settings make it super easy to wash everything, from delicate crystal to cookware with baked-on food. Plus, the front display gives you updates on where it is in the cycle and when it’ll finish, and it even reminds you when it’s time to add more RinseAid. So convenient!

I replaced my old Bosch, which ran perfectly for 20 years, with the Bosch 800 series SHEM78ZH5N, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. I was set on sticking with Bosch for the quality.
This 800 series is quiet and does an excellent job cleaning dishes and plastics. The CrystalDry feature is especially impressive, leaving plastics almost completely dry by the end of the cycle. I also love the digital display that updates in real-time, showing where the dishwasher is in the cycle. The stainless steel exterior looks great in the kitchen too. Overall, it’s another top-notch Bosch, and I’m hoping it lasts as long as my old one!

I’m really liking this Bosch 800 series dishwasher (SHE78CM5N). It’s so quiet I hardly notice it running, which is great because I can watch TV without interruptions. Just a quick rinse to remove food before loading, and it handles the rest like a champ. I’m actually impressed with how well all three racks work together. The rinse aid does wonders for getting rid of stains on everything. It does take a bit for the drying to finish, but the results are awesome! My only complaint is that I wish the remote control feature worked better; it needs to be turned on each time, and if you open the door, it shuts off. I’d love for it to stay connected so I could control it and get alerts right from my phone.

This dishwasher is super quiet, and I was lucky to find a Bosch 800 model actually in stock! The Crystal Dry feature does a fantastic job, even drying plastic items. However, it has some quirks. When you try to set a delayed start (which you do on the top of the door), you have to close it quickly and smoothly, or it keeps prompting you to hit start again. The logic there seems off, or maybe the instructions aren’t clear. The third-level silverware rack? It’s okay. It’s adjustable, but our flatware doesn’t fit well in it no matter how we arrange it, so it works but could definitely be better. We chose this model because the towel bar versions were on backorder for ages—probably due to too many imported parts and supply chain issues. I haven’t set up the internet connection yet, which might make the delayed start easier to manage.

This dishwasher performs just like you’d expect from Bosch. We had one for over a decade in our old place and loved it, so we made the switch after a disappointing two-year stint with a Frigidaire Gallery. This one is super quiet—sometimes, if it weren’t for the front display, I wouldn’t even know it was running!
There are a couple of downsides, though: the silverware basket feels a bit cheap, and the internal wire frame seems flimsier than our last Bosch. But overall, we’re happy with it, and the Wi-Fi app is pretty solid compared to other smart appliance apps we’ve used.
