There seems to be an issue with the controls. It’s insanely tough to get this thing going. The control lights blink out after just a few seconds, and I have to press the Start button really hard to get it to respond. Sometimes, I’m stuck opening and closing the door over and over just to make it work. Plus, I can’t switch it to the 1-hour wash setting. The top rack also came loose from its bracket. Aside from these annoying startup problems, it actually does a fantastic job of cleaning the dishes.

He recommended running the hot water in the sink before starting the dishwasher, which I’ve been doing after seeing it in the manual. Still, my dishes are coming out wet, so I can only give this a 3-star rating.

My only issues are: 1) it takes a bit longer to wash than I’d like, 2) some dishes and the sides are still wet even after the heated dry cycle, and 3) if you close the door after the cycle is done and then open it to grab something, it starts blinking like it’s waiting for you to hit start again. It’d be nice if that light only turned on when you actually pressed the button, but that’s more of a preference than a major issue.
