I replaced a 10-year-old GE Profile that was still functional but wasn’t getting the dishes completely clean. I’ve only had this new Profile dishwasher for about a week, so I’m still forming an opinion. It cleans fairly well, but even with the Power Dry feature, it leaves a significant amount of water on the tops of cups and bowls—more than the old one did. The stainless steel exterior is also difficult to keep spotless, which has been an issue with all my appliances. Those are really my only complaints so far. I’m not particularly impressed and, if it weren’t for the fact that all my appliances are GE Profile, I would have considered other brands like Samsung, LG, or Bosch.

I ordered this dishwasher after my previous model was discontinued, and I’m very pleased with it. The sleek design and hidden controls are a nice touch, and it’s well-built with a stainless steel interior. The delivery process was also smooth and efficient!

One important feature of this dishwasher is the illuminated indicator, which shows when it’s “washing,” “drying,” or “clean”—without it, you’d hardly know it’s running due to how quiet it is. Other standout features include dedicated jets for cleaning large drinking bottles and silverware, as well as the option to wash only the upper or lower rack. It’s highly efficient. The installation process was quick and professional, and we couldn’t be more satisfied.
Trully –
We considered several models in the GE family before choosing this one. The design is sleek, and it operates so quietly that we often can’t tell if it’s running. However, our main concerns are that it sometimes struggles with stuck-on food, and the drying cycle is inconsistent. We were under the impression that newer dishwashers no longer require dishes to be rinsed beforehand. Occasionally, everything comes out completely dry, but other times, we find ourselves needing to hand-dry dishes and utensils before putting them away.
