David80 –
We’ve only had this for about a week, so it’s still early days. The cleaning performance seems top-notch, but the loading? Meh. It only comes with one cutlery basket, which is just about okay, but if you add a second one, it eats up space on the lower rack. Even with just one, fitting large plates without messing up the rest of the layout is tricky. The top rack is pretty good, but the small foldable shelves only fold down—they don’t stand upright. So, if you flip them down for wine glasses or whatever, fitting stuff underneath gets awkward. The very top section is awesome, especially with its sloped design. The Wi-Fi setup instructions are a bit off, but once you figure it out, I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5.
JTK2000 –
Absolutely love this dishwasher! The only gripe I have is with the Home Connect feature. Both of us at home have tried multiple times to get it connected, but no luck. On top of that, it seems like you can’t run the Machine Care function without Home Connect, and I couldn’t find any way to do it manually in the manual. I even went to JustAnswer for help, but they wanted $53 for a subscription (even though it says $2 at first), unless you cancel right away. Aside from that headache, the dishwasher itself is absolutely fantastic!

I was really excited to get a Bosch, but I’m super disappointed that there’s no delay start option directly on the dishwasher—it’s only available through the app, which is completely unreliable. My unit refuses to connect to Wi-Fi, even though everything else in my house works perfectly fine.
Rapid86 –
The dishwasher itself works great and cleans dishes really well. The third rack is a nice touch, adding a lot of extra space. But the Home Connect app? Totally useless. The instructions are awful, and you’d think a company this big could hire someone to make a user-friendly app. If they provided clear, step-by-step instructions, I’d give a better rating. Instead, I had to dig through YouTube to figure things out—stuff that should’ve been easy to find on Bosch’s site. This doesn’t make me want to recommend this or any other product that relies on Home Connect.

The operation manual is practically useless. After owning this dishwasher for 8 months, I *think* I’ve finally figured out how to select a cycle and actually get it to run. Up until now, we’d just mash buttons and hope for the best. Since we like setting it to run overnight, we’d often (always) wake up to find it hadn’t done anything. Then we’d mess with the buttons again, randomly pressing things until it finally started—but we never knew how we did it. We had an older Bosch at our last place, and its buttons were so much more intuitive compared to this one.

After moving, I had to leave my Bosch dishwasher behind. My new kitchen is amazing, but the Whirlpool dishwasher I inherited was a huge letdown—especially with the cutlery rack in the door, which never got the utensils clean. I finally gave in and got another Bosch, upgrading to the model with the 3-rack feature this time. I absolutely love it! The only downside? It’s a SMART dishwasher, so most of the features are controlled through the app on your phone. I’ve followed all the instructions, but I still can’t get it to pair. If you’re good at pairing Bluetooth devices (like earbuds), you’ll probably do fine with this. If not, it might be time to call in one of your grandkids!
Harper T –
The cutlery drawer is a game-changer! I can fit so much more in it, like coffee cup lids, which frees up space in the rest of the dishwasher for all my other dishes. Most of the time, I even take out the small cutlery basket on the bottom shelf to make room for bigger dishes and pots. It cleans everything amazingly well! The only thing we’ve had to adjust is where we put the soap pod—we place it on the bottom of the dishwasher instead of in the soap dispenser. If we use the dispenser, the dishes sometimes have a slight soapy taste. Even so, everything comes out super clean!
Cody M –
We’ve been using this dishwasher for a couple of weeks now, and it’s been great overall. It cleans really well and is super quiet. That said, we always have to use the extra dry setting—otherwise, the inside stays wet when the cycle finishes, and some dishes, especially plastics, don’t dry completely. The instructions could definitely be clearer on how to start it. It took us a bit to figure out that after choosing your options and pressing Start, all the lights go off, which is pretty confusing. You need to look for the little red light on the floor to know the cycle has actually started.
Tris90 –
Twenty years ago, I did my homework when looking for a new dishwasher, and it led me to my first Bosch appliance. Fast forward two decades, and it finally gave out. While it definitely showed its age, it served us incredibly well right up to its last day—an impressive lifespan for a dishwasher, if you ask me. Over all those years, I didn’t hesitate to recommend Bosch to anyone who asked. So when it came time to replace it, I barely needed to think about what to buy next.
Sofia Le –
This dishwasher is so versatile—I absolutely love it! The fold-down racks and the third rack for cutlery are total game-changers. Plus, the removable cutlery basket on the bottom rack frees up space for larger items like casserole dishes and frying pans. It’s awesome being able to customize the cycle based on what you’re washing. The rinse aid indicator is another great feature—no more guessing if you’re out of rinse agent; the light lets you know. Love, love, love it!
LeBlanc –
This dishwasher is a hard worker and super quiet, delivering sparkling clean dishes and cutlery every time. It truly sets the gold standard for dishwashers, and I don’t think anything else out there compares. I’m really impressed with how well it performs and how quietly it runs. It’s definitely worth the investment—it’s by far the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned, and I’ve had quite a few before this one.
Aria P –
At first, I wasn’t sure about this dishwasher—it seemed complicated and a bit tricky to use. But now that I’ve gotten the hang of it, I’m really happy with it. It’s super quiet and cleans really well. I absolutely love the utensil rack! One thing I wish it had, though, is a finished cycle light for those in the house who don’t know I’ve already run a cycle. The red light goes off when it’s done, but maybe it could switch to a green light until the door’s opened? That would be a nice touch!
A560 –
I was a bit concerned about the space inside, but there’s actually way more room than my old dishwasher, even though they’re the same size. It’s super quiet, which is awesome since our kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms. We always use the extra dry option because, without it, things don’t dry properly—that’s the only reason it’s not getting 5 stars from me. Also, it’d be nice if the utensil tray could be lowered for more flexibility.
Justin H –
This is by far the best dishwasher I’ve ever had. From the moment I unboxed it, everything was a positive experience. Installation was a breeze, and the operation is so quiet, sometimes you barely notice it with the usual background noise at home. Most importantly, it does a fantastic job cleaning everything—dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, you name it. I’m really glad I spent a little more on this instead of going with one of the big-box brands.
Miles A –
I’ve always had a dishwasher, and my Bosch 300 is hands down the best one I’ve ever owned! It runs super quiet and cleans amazingly well. The rack designs are really clever—at first, it was a little tricky because it’s different from what I was used to, but once I figured out where everything goes, I’m able to fit dishes I couldn’t in my old one. I’m really, really impressed and happy with it!
Nora K –
I’d give it a 4.9/5 if I could. It’s super quiet, easy to load and unload, and I haven’t had any issues with the HomeConnect software. The dishes come out clean every time, though it would be nice if things dried a bit better, but it’s still pretty good. I love that I can put plastics anywhere without worrying about them—honestly, I’d rather have that than perfectly dried plastics. It’s a trade-off I’m totally okay with.
Ian D –
I really love this dishwasher! It cleans amazingly well and runs super quietly. One thing I’d change is making the top utensil rack a bit deeper so it can fit larger cooking spoons. Also, the utensil tray is a bit small and tricky to fill, but the top rack does hold a lot of utensils, so that’s a plus. Overall, though, I’m really happy with it.
Adam K –
This is our second Bosch dishwasher—the first one lasted 13 years! We absolutely love our new one. It’s super quiet, and even though I’m not a huge fan of technology, the Wi-Fi option is a nice bonus. The utensil rack is awesome, and the glassware comes out so clean, it almost feels like it’s see-through!
RUW8 –
We had a Bosch dishwasher in our old home, but when we moved, the new house didn’t have one. After our current dishwasher failed, we made sure to buy another Bosch. This model is super quiet and has all the features we needed. The top utensil rack is amazing!
AuroraMc –
I use my dishwasher every day, and it has plenty of room. The dishes come out clean every single time. I even washed my crystal wine glasses with no breakage, and they came out sparkling! The best part is that it’s so quiet—we never even notice it’s running, even in our open concept kitchen.
Blake90 –
We’ve been using this new dishwasher for about a month now, and we really like the adjustable racks and the third rack for cutlery. The only thing I’m a bit disappointed with is the noise—it’s not as quiet as I expected. But overall, I’d still recommend buying it.
Spark88 –
I couldn’t be happier with my dishwasher! The dishes come out squeaky clean, and the glasses and cutlery shine. The filter is super easy to remove and clean. The third rack adds so much more flexibility when loading. I’d definitely recommend this dishwasher!
Phoenix R –
We couldn’t be more delighted with our new Bosch dishwasher, which has been in use for nearly two months. As expected, it delivers impeccably clean dishes, even when they’ve been sitting inside for a day before washing.
One of its standout features is the remarkably quiet operation—an immense improvement over our previous unit. The third rack at the top is thoughtfully positioned, making loading and unloading utensils effortless. With the recommended rinse aid, dishes emerge dry by morning, despite the absence of a traditional heating element. While plastic storage containers may need a few extra minutes to air-dry on the counter, this is no different from our past experience.
Overall, this dishwasher has exceeded our expectations, blending efficiency, practicality, and near-silent performance.
Obscure –
To begin with, the handle shown in the product image was not the one I received, and in hindsight, I should have refused delivery.
The interior racks, while functional, feel somewhat lightweight and less sturdy than expected. Drying performance also leaves something to be desired—I find it necessary to select the extra dry setting and still need to wipe down the door after each cycle, as it remains damp. Items placed on the top rack, in particular, fail to dry completely.
Overall, while the dishwasher performs its basic functions, these shortcomings make it less impressive than I had hoped.
Elise –
At first, the dishwasher operated with an almost whisper-like quietness, but after about six months, the noise level noticeably increased. My husband suspects that prolonged exposure to intense heat may have compromised some of the insulation, though we can’t say for certain. Regardless, it’s a concerning development and something we’ll be keeping an eye on.
Vivienne –
We absolutely love our new Bosch dishwasher. Its spacious interior easily accommodates a full load, and its cleaning performance is exceptional. A fantastic addition to our kitchen!
Sawyer P –
The dishwasher does an excellent job of cleaning, and the sanitization feature works flawlessly. My only small gripe is that the door closes with a rather loud sound, which can be a bit jarring in an otherwise quiet machine.
Natalia –
This dishwasher excels at its primary task—washing dishes to a sparkling finish. While the drying performance isn’t the strongest, it’s not a concern for me. I simply leave the door open for an hour or two, and everything air-dries perfectly fine.
Carter –
I have a deep appreciation for Bosch products due to their quiet operation, remarkable efficiency, and thoughtful water conservation. They truly set the standard for quality and performance.
Jade K –
I don’t fall for appliances easily, but here I am, utterly smitten with my new dishwasher. It has transformed the once tedious task of washing dishes into something almost enjoyable—a monumental upgrade from my previous machine. No more anxieties about stubborn food residue clinging to supposedly “clean” dishes. The thoughtful design, from the adjustable second rack to the glorious top drawer, feels like it was made just for me. I even opted for the additional towel bar, a charming little detail that makes it all the more special. A perfect 10/10 match—I look forward to many happy years together (or at least the next decade)!
Camden –
This dishwasher is so astonishingly quiet that I can entertain guests while it runs, completely undisturbed! Its spacious interior is equally impressive—I find myself running it far less often than my previous machine. The top drawer for silverware is a game-changer, making unloading effortless—no more tangled utensils stuck in a cramped basket! And the best part? My dishes emerge gleaming, spotless, and pristine, even after sitting unrinsed for days. I am absolutely enamored with this dishwasher!
