The appliance operates with remarkable silence and delivers excellent cleaning performance, complemented by a range of features including a mobile control app and various wash settings. I appreciate the top-mounted controls for their sleek design, though there are moments when I mistakenly believe the cycle has begun, only to see a blinking red light on the floor. This requires me to open the door and press the start button manually. Additionally, despite selecting the extra dry option, the top rack occasionally emerges still damp.

I purchased this dishwasher to replace an older Bosch model, which had begun to suffer from pump failures and was becoming increasingly unreliable.
Installation – As a direct replacement, the Bosch 100 Premium was straightforward to install. However, I did have to purchase a hardwire kit and a 90-degree water inlet elbow separately. It’s puzzling why the latter wasn’t incorporated into the design, as I can’t think of a scenario where a front-facing water inlet would be practical.
Appearance – I appreciate the sleek façade, concealed controls, and sturdy door handle—definite improvements over my previous model.
Functionality – Thus far, the dishwasher performs exactly as expected, delivering consistently clean dishes. The quick cycle is a useful feature, particularly for those who, like us, tend to pre-rinse. While I find the Home Connect app informative, I doubt I’ll make much use of the remote-control options.
The sound level is on par with my previous Bosch, maintaining the brand’s reputation for quiet operation—one of the reasons I remain loyal to Bosch. Overall, I’m quite impressed with the Bosch 100 Premium and hope it surpasses the 12-year lifespan of its predecessor. Only time will tell.

While the dishwasher effectively cleans our dishes, the silverware container feels too small and awkwardly placed. Additionally, the rack layout could benefit from a better design to accommodate different dish sizes more efficiently.
