I prefer a dishwasher that can stay slightly open since keeping the door shut can lead to odors from the dirty dishes. However, after a wash cycle, the door is propped open, making it a bit inconvenient to leave that way all the time. Since it’s just the two of us in the house, I only run the dishwasher once or twice a week, which makes this issue a bit frustrating for us.

  2. BlueEcho

This dishwasher doesn’t always get all the dishes clean, and they never seem to come out completely dry, even with rinse aid and the auto air feature. We frequently have to run some of them through a second time. We make sure there’s nothing blocking the spray arms, too. We used to have a GE model that did a better job of cleaning and drying, but it had some major parts fail on us after just a few years. We’re really hoping this one will last longer, but we’re also trying to figure out how to improve its cleaning and drying performance.

We moved into a new place about a month ago, and one of the first things we did was swap out the dishwasher for a Bosch. We had one in our last home and absolutely loved it. This new one does a fantastic job of cleaning and sanitizing our dishes, and it’s so quiet you barely even know it’s running. Honestly, I think Bosch is the best out there!

  4. Mark GG

This dishwasher really performs well, and I love the feature that opens automatically at the end to aid drying. Setting up the Wi-Fi was a bit tricky at first, and it took me some time to figure out what all the touch-screen buttons do. A little user guide for that would be super helpful. But once you get the hang of it, it’s a fantastic dishwasher!

  5. Old pepper

At 62 years old, I’ve experienced my fair share of dishwashers, and the difference in quality really stands out to me. I’m thrilled with my Bosch dishwasher for a bunch of reasons. First off, it does an incredible job cleaning dishes—super quietly, too! Plus, I never have to worry about leaks, and it looks great in my kitchen. Honestly, what’s not to love? It’s definitely worth the extra investment. My repair guy from my previous dishwasher also recommended Bosch for its quality, performance, and reliability, and I couldn’t agree more!

We’re really enjoying our new dishwasher! Instead of using the silverware basket, we’ve switched to the top tray for utensils, and it works great. Most of the time, our dishes come out sparkling clean. The way it utilizes space is impressive—sometimes we run out of clean dishes before it even fills up! Overall, we’re very happy with it.

  7. Jason

It does everything you expect, but I kind of wish there was a timer to see how much time is left. Honestly, nobody wants to rely on an app for their dishwasher. The best part is when the door pops open at the end to help dry the dishes. I’m not really sure about the rack layout, though, but I’m a big fan of the third rack for silverware. It’s awesome not having to bend down for the utensils. All in all, we’re happy with it!

We replaced our old dishwasher with the Bosch 500 series, and we’ve been really happy with it. It runs super quietly and has a lot of space inside. The only thing is that figuring out how to organize dishes and plates on the bottom rack can be a bit tricky at times, but overall it’s a great upgrade!

We recently upgraded from our reliable 11-year-old Bosch dishwasher to the new 500 series, and we’re really impressed with the improvements. This model is incredibly quiet, has a great capacity, and uses very little water. The red indicator light is subtle but helpful, letting us know it’s running without being intrusive. We’re really enjoying the thoughtful updates in this version, and overall, the transition has been smooth and satisfying.

  10. Kavya

We recently swapped out our older KitchenAid dishwasher for this new Bosch model. Even though it’s not physically bigger, it holds a lot more. It’s super quiet and comes with some great upgrades like a silverware shelf, adjustable racks, and shelves, plus no exposed heating element. I love that the door pops open when it’s done and the indicator light shows it’s running. So far, we’re really happy with it. The only tricky part was choosing from so many similar Bosch models!

We’re really enjoying our new dishwasher. We decided to ditch the silverware basket and just use the top tray for utensils. The dishes come out nice and clean most of the time, and the way it’s designed makes the most out of the space. It’s so efficient that we sometimes run out of clean dishes before the washer’s even full. Overall, we’re very happy with it!

  12. Hox739

This dishwasher is so quiet, you’d barely notice it’s on—until you hear the water draining through the garbage disposal. Everything comes out sparkling clean and spotless!

  13. Isabelle

This was the first appliance we bought while renovating the kitchen. It’s got a sleek, minimalist look, but wow, it’s stunning. Bosch really knows how to make ultra-quiet dishwashers—you’ll seriously question whether it’s even running! Luckily, the HomeConnect app keeps you in the loop, and the AutoDry feature is a fantastic upgrade for modern dishwashers. Bosch hit it out of the park with this one!

After moving into our new place last month, the first upgrade we made was swapping out the dishwasher for a Bosch. We had one in our old house and absolutely loved it, so we knew it was a solid choice. It cleans and sanitizes the dishes flawlessly, and it’s so quiet that you barely notice it’s on. Honestly, I think Bosch makes the best dishwashers out there!

  15. Rina89

We couldn’t be happier with our Bosch dishwasher! The dishes come out sparkling clean every time. The design makes it super easy to load, and on top of that, it’s incredibly quiet. It’s definitely a great addition to our kitchen!

  16. Nathan86

I’m really pleased with my new dishwasher overall. It does a great job cleaning the dishes and hasn’t melted any of my plastics. That said, a few of my plastic glasses did come out a bit frosted. I’m a little baffled by some of the settings; the filter doesn’t seem to stay locked, and I can’t get the “clean” light to turn on or the WiFi auto-start feature to work. Could just be me not getting it right. On the bright side, I love that the door opens up to let the dishes air dry!

This new dishwasher is a replacement for our old Bosch that lasted an impressive 21 years. It was still running fine, but the cable broke, and we couldn’t fix it. I’m really enjoying this new model; it has all the features I like and operates super quietly. Bosch appliances are top-notch, and we only considered this brand for our replacement. They consistently make great dishwashers!

This dishwasher performs excellently, cleaning effectively without leaving any streaks or spots on glasses and silverware. It’s super quiet, which is a huge plus. The auto-air feature is handy too, as it opens the door automatically after a normal wash to help dry the dishes. Plus, the controls are straightforward, and the app is easy to navigate. Overall, it makes for a great user experience!

  19. Luis

I really dig how this dishwasher looks, and it does a fantastic job of getting the dishes spotless. But I’ve got a couple of gripes: it doesn’t seem to dry everything well enough, so I end up having to towel off the dishes when I take them out. Also, if I leave any dirty dishes in there for over a day (even if I’ve rinsed them), a funky smell starts to build up. If anyone has suggestions to fix these issues, I’m all ears!

  20. Aiden

My new Bosch 500 Series dishwasher is awesome! It looks great, runs super quietly, and gets the job done really well. I’m impressed with all the smart ways you can load it up. Figuring out the control panel took me a minute, though—it’s a little finicky.

  21. Gabriel

Super easy to install, and the adjustable basket height is a game-changer. I love all the little foldable features for plates, cups, pots, and even the silverware basket. It runs super quietly and cleans really well—barely any pre-rinsing needed. Plus, it pops open at the end to help with air drying and lets you know when it’s done. The app is pretty handy too—it gives you a heads-up when the cycle’s finished and even reminds you when it’s time to refill the rinse aid.

  22. Carla

When our old dishwasher started giving out, we did some research and saw Bosch ranked high on Consumer Reports. Went with the mid-range 500 Series, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. Dishes come out spotless, and the adjustable middle rack makes room for our big cutting board. The auto-open door helps with drying, though plastic containers still need a quick wipe. And the best part? It’s *crazy* quiet—way quieter than our old one. We used to worry about waking the kids, but now we just run it whenever. Super happy with this purchase!

  23. Caroline

We originally planned to get the Bosch installed with the rest of our new kitchen appliances next spring, but when our old dishwasher died, we decided to swap it out early. And wow—what an upgrade! It totally lives up to the hype when it comes to getting dishes spotless. Not only are they cleaner than ever, but the dishwasher itself feels really well-built. Plus, the phone app is a nice bonus—you can check how much time is left and even set specialty cycles right from your phone.

  24. Jack

Bosch hypes up how quiet their dishwashers are, and this one is rated at 43 dB. But standing across the room, my meter reads between 46-49 dB. I guess if you average it out with the drying cycle, they can technically claim 43 dB, but don’t expect complete silence. That said, it cleans dishes *really* well. The steam at the end of the cycle isn’t crazy hot, so I’m not worried about it damaging my cabinets. And that little red light? It’s basically just a signal that the drying isn’t done—not really necessary for the wash cycle at all.

  25. Owen

I’m absolutely loving this dishwasher! It’s *super* quiet, cleans everything flawlessly, and—unlike my old one—it actually works *every time* without any issues. Definitely worth every penny!

  26. Liam

It does everything you’d expect from a good dishwasher. I do miss having a visible timer to see how much time is left—nobody wants to pull out their phone just to check an app for that. The auto-opening door for drying? Easily the best feature. The rack layout feels a little odd to me, but I love the third rack for silverware—no more bending down to deal with it. Overall, we’re happy with it!

  27. Mason

We replaced our 19-year-old Bosch dishwasher—not because it stopped working, but because a cable broke and couldn’t be fixed. Absolutely loving the new one! It’s packed with great features and runs super quietly. Bosch really knows how to make top-notch appliances. Honestly, we never even considered another brand—Bosch dishwashers are the best in our book!

  28. Elijah

I recently bought two of these—one for myself and one for my son’s family—and now neither of them pops the door open for the auto air feature! It still cleans well, but the controls are kind of finicky and take some effort to get right. Honestly, I think I’d prefer the simpler controls from my old Bosch, which I absolutely loved.

  29. Cassandra

Overall, I’m pretty happy with my new dishwasher—it gets the dishes nice and clean, and no melted plastic so far! That said, some of my plastic cups have turned a bit frosty. A few things have me scratching my head, though—the filter won’t lock in place, and I can’t seem to get the “clean” indicator or the WiFi auto-start to work. Could just be user error, but still frustrating. On the bright side, I *do* love how the door pops open to help with air drying!

  30. Kitty

We got this to replace our old dishwasher and have been really happy with the 500 Series. It’s super quiet and has plenty of space, though figuring out the best way to load the bottom rack can be a bit tricky.

  31. Charlotte

We got this to replace our old Bosch that came with the house when it finally gave out. The cycles on this one take longer, and some settings—ones that used to be right on the panel—are now only accessible through the app, which is a bit annoying. It also doesn’t seem to dry as well, but otherwise, it does the job. One thing we *do* appreciate is that the door doesn’t rest against the lock like our old one did—that used to cause problems.

  32. Matthew

Overall, it works great! The auto dry feature does an awesome job—even plastic items come out dry. Plus, the third rack for silverware is super handy!

  33. Frost

Hands down, the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned—plus, it looks so sleek!

  34. Chloe

My favorite thing about this dishwasher is how insanely quiet it is while running!

  35. Oliver

This model is just one step below the top-of-the-line, but it doesn’t seem as quiet as our 15-year-old Bosch. The new one is supposed to have a better sound rating, but honestly, it doesn’t seem that way in real life.

  36. Pulse

We’ve only had this dishwasher for about a month, but it’s a huge upgrade from our old one. I love how adjustable the racks are, the roomy interior, and the fact that it cleans everything so well without needing to prewash. Plus, it’s super quiet. So far, so good!

  37. Christina

Using this dishwasher is a breeze. It cleans everything really well and runs so quietly you barely notice it. I especially like that I can set it to open the door at the end for better drying. Definitely happy with this purchase!

  38. Omega

I’m beyond happy with how well this dishwasher cleans—my dishes come out spotless, and it’s super quiet. But figuring out the settings is a headache. Maybe it’s just me, but I can’t even get the delay start to work.

  39. YXZ

This dishwasher is fantastic! Way better than KitchenAid!

  40. Claire B

Really happy with this dishwasher. It’s so quiet you wouldn’t even know it’s running—except when the water drains into the garbage disposal. Dishes come out super clean and shiny every time!

  41. Lucas

At 64, I’ve owned plenty of dishwashers, so I can really tell the difference in quality. This Bosch is fantastic—it cleans amazingly well, runs super quiet, and I never have to stress about leaks. Plus, it looks great in my kitchen. Totally worth spending a little extra.

  42. Torque

We’re really enjoying our new dishwasher! We ditched the silverware basket and just use the top tray for utensils. Most of the time, everything comes out sparkling clean. It’s so efficient with space that we actually run out of clean dishes before it’s full. Definitely happy with it!

  43. Claudia

Our builder put in a high-end GE Profile six years ago, but when it started acting up, we decided to go back to Bosch. We had one before and loved it, so about a month ago, we swapped the GE for a Bosch 500. Both brands are pretty quiet, but the Bosch definitely does a better job cleaning. At first, I thought the silverware basket might be too small, but so far, it’s held everything just fine. Turns out, it’s actually a great size.

  44. Nexus7

Bosch makes the best dishwashers, no question. They’re like the Toyota of dishwashers—built to last and done right from the start. It gets everything off my dishes except maybe concrete, and the drying is top-notch. It’s really quiet too. I was hoping for complete silence, but I can still hear it running. Not a big deal, though!

  45. William

My wife is thrilled with the new Bosch. We had a KitchenAid before, but after just three years, one of the relays on the circuit board failed and caught fire. KitchenAid wouldn’t cover it, so we went with Bosch instead. Installing it was a breeze—probably one of the easiest installs I’ve ever done. Bosch’s instructions were super clear and easy to follow.

  46. Ethan

I really love how quiet this dishwasher is and how well it cleans. The top rack for utensils and flat items is a great feature too. My only gripe is the lack of a simple delay start button on the panel. Instead, you have to go through the Home Connect app to set a delay, which isn’t very convenient for me.

  47. Daniel

I prefer a dishwasher door that stays slightly open because keeping it fully closed makes dirty dishes start to smell. The problem is that once a wash cycle finishes, the door opens too far, and leaving it like that all the time just gets in the way. Since it’s just the two of us, we only run the dishwasher once or twice a week, and this setup isn’t ideal. Honestly, we’re not too happy about it.

  48. Chris

The dishwasher was packed perfectly, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’d rate the installation a solid 9 out of 10. The feature that pops the door open after a cycle is pretty cool, and the app is a nice bonus too!

  49. Blitz

This is hands down the best dishwasher I’ve ever had. Bosch really nailed the design!

  50. Alex

Time will tell if this one turns into a leaky nightmare like our last dishwasher, which didn’t even last seven years. But so far, I’m beyond impressed! It’s the easiest dishwasher I’ve ever loaded—tons of space, especially on the third rack. It’s also super quiet—so quiet that my wife thought the red light meant it was done because she couldn’t hear it running. Even with our hard water, it’s been doing a fantastic job cleaning. I really love that it pops the door open after the cycle, so I can usually unload the dishes sooner.

If I could change anything, I’d make the bottom front panel easier to remove in case of leaks, and I’d leave more space underneath for a water sensor (I’m a little paranoid after our last dishwasher disaster). Also, the water line connects way in the back, which could make leaks harder to spot. But overall, this thing is great!
