Bought this earlier this year. It’s very quiet and gets the dishes clean, plus it seems well-built. However, there are a few issues: Since it’s so energy-efficient, it really should have an air dry button. Otherwise, you have to wait for the dry button to light up after the wash cycle, then manually turn it off and let it air dry. The bottom rack is also a pain—it always goes off track and has to be lifted back in place each time. Plus, it slams into the back wall of the machine when rolling. The silverware basket isn’t great either. The top slots don’t work well for most silverware, so I took off the top sliding piece, but the holes in the bottom are too big, and the tips of knives and forks fall through and get stuck on the track when rolling the rack in or out.
