I liked my old Whirlpool dishwasher better, but I couldn’t find one like it again. This new one has a third rack, but honestly, I don’t think it adds much. If I don’t run it pretty soon after loading it up, it starts to smell bad. On the bright side, the racks slide in and out without a hitch, and the upper rack is super easy to adjust. It’s also just as quiet as they said it would be.

We went for the handleless version with a recessed handle since our kitchen is pretty small, and we wanted to avoid bumping into any protruding handles. The handleless design worked perfectly for us. The third rack doesn’t have a ton of depth, but it’s great for flat items like spatulas. The biggest standout, though, is just how quiet it is. Our kitchen opens up into the dining and living areas, so a noisy dishwasher used to be a real problem. This one is so quiet that you barely hear it unless you’re standing right next to it. We’re really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

I love the three racks with adjustable tines—super convenient! This dishwasher does a great job cleaning. The only downside is there’s no air-dry option. Also, the high-pitched squeal from the electric pump is awful, like nails on a chalkboard. It’s not pleasant to hear at all. I even had a repair guy come out within two months to check it, and he said there’s nothing that can be done. Apparently, it’s just the way this new style of motor is.

There are a couple of things holding me back from giving it a 5-star rating. First, the cycle time is pretty long—over 2 hours. I know this is normal for modern, energy-efficient dishwashers, but it makes me miss my old KitchenAid when I’m in a rush. Second, the vent for the dryer leaks onto the floor whenever I open the dishwasher after a cycle. Thankfully, my floor is tile, so it’s not a huge issue, but if that were fixed, I’d easily give it 5 stars!

We bought this to replace a washer with drawers that stopped working. We liked the three-rack design, the big silverware holder, the adjustable middle rack, and the spinning washers for the top rack. Unfortunately, the spinning washers don’t actually clean glasses well, so they ended up being pretty useless. We mostly end up washing things on the bottom two racks. The racks feel flimsy, and the spacing is wide enough that the tines don’t keep our plates upright. Some of the plastic covers for storage items have fallen through or gotten knocked off the racks and ended up melting on the exposed heating element. On the plus side, it does fit our cutting boards, so that’s a win. Lately, I find myself hand-washing just to avoid using it.

The top third rack is a new feature for me, and it’s perfect for holding all my small juice glasses and sharp knives.
