This dishwasher just doesn’t get the job done. Honestly, our old 30-year-old model cleaned better than this new KitchenAid. After a cycle, we end up having to hand wash about a third of the dishes because they still come out dirty. We’ve started pre-rinsing and even hand washing anything with food on it before loading, which helps a bit, but we still run into problems where stuff isn’t clean when the cycle is done.
