I replaced a 5-year-old model that started acting up, which is something all the reviews now seem to point out about it. It was that other 2-letter brand. Even though the specs say this one’s 3 dBA louder, it actually runs quieter. I’ve already tested it with two different loads, and it performed perfectly, especially on the 1-hour cycle. Overall, I think it’s a great deal!

I really like how you can choose specific zones for focused washing. I’ve seen some reviews mention issues with the drying cycle, but with the high heat setting, I haven’t had any problems. The night dry mode works especially well. The only minor thing (if you can even call it a negative) is getting used to the racks having a bit of “give.” Other than that, everything comes out spotless. Delivery and installation went smoothly.
