I really like the idea of having 3 racks, but I’m not a fan of losing height on the top one, which means taller items no longer fit up there. Now I end up hand-washing some things. The bottom rack isn’t ideal for all dishes either. The 3rd rack was handy for cleaning baby bottle parts, but the curved design makes some of them tip over and fall out. That’s a bit frustrating. Also, the hot air vent takes up space when I want to remove the utensil rack—why not just place it on the back wall or even the door? There’s also a spray area on the left side that you can’t cover, which means I can only fit plates in the front row. The WiFi feature is cool, but I don’t get why the half-load option only works for the bottom rack. And why doesn’t it have a light or indicator that shows the dishes are clean after the cycle ends, staying on until I turn it off? For the price, all these fixes would make this dishwasher amazing. But honestly, the best part is how quiet it is. I can’t even hear it running, and that’s fantastic!

Well, first off, the app keeps bugging me to run a self-clean cycle, but there’s no clear setting for it—how do I even do that? Then, there’s no indicator to tell me when the Finish reservoir needs refilling, or worse, when I’m about to overfill it and waste product. Even my old Kenmore had that feature, and it seems like it’d be an easy fix. The rack tines also flop down way too easily—the small clips don’t do a great job keeping them upright, even with something light like a dessert plate. And finally, I can’t seem to get the hottest cycle to work at all, which is frustrating.
