After a month of using this dishwasher, I can confidently say I’m quite pleased with it. The build feels robust, it cleans effectively, and operates with an impressive level of quietness. The Wi-Fi connectivity is a thoughtful touch, providing notifications when a cycle finishes and helpful reminders, like when it’s time to run a cleaning cycle.
Installation was straightforward, thanks to its lightweight design, and the water and power cables seem to be of good quality. However, removing and reinserting the filter is a bit of a hassle—manageable, but certainly an area for improvement.
The one downside is a feature I mistakenly assumed would be included in the premium 800 model: a door that automatically opens to release steam post-cycle. Unfortunately, it lacks this, which means a significant amount of water remains when you open the door. A missed opportunity, in my opinion.
Overall, it’s a strong performer, but that missing feature keeps it from being perfect.

We replaced our top-of-the-line Miele dishwasher, which had served us wonderfully, with a Bosch. To our delight, the new Bosch performs just as flawlessly as the Miele, yet operates with an even greater level of quietness—an impressive upgrade in every sense.

The design of this dishwasher leaves much to be desired. The tines in the glassware rack are spaced too closely to securely hold glassware, and the same issue plagues the lower rack, where tightly packed tines prevent plates from being properly cleaned. Additionally, the silverware basket features two compartments so shallow they’re practically useless for most utensils. My advice? Keep looking—there are better options out there.

When I first saw the price of Bosch dishwashers while browsing the aisle, I couldn’t understand why anyone would pay so much.
